高低温一体机它是通过泵浦驱动传热介质(通常为水或油)从装有内置加热器的油箱中到达控温设备,再从控温设备回到油箱。控制器根据温度传感器测量的热流体温度或控温设备内部温度,调节热流体的温度从而调节控温设备的温度。
产品特点
1.全封闭管道设计,采用高效板式换热器,在提供系统热利用率的同时减少对导热液的需求,实现温度的快速上升和下降
2.采用前馈自适应可编程控制器,可以准确控制反应堆物料的温度,并且系统在控制过程中,无超调,无回调
3.最多可存储编写120套程序,每个程序可编写100段,充分保证了在不同材质情况下的温度要求。用户只需要根据不同的物料调出程序,即可实现准确的温度控制,避免了人工操作过程,提高了产品的稳定性。
4. 5.3英寸彩色触摸屏显示和输入;控制系统提供:USB接口,RS232接口,PT100输入接口,故障报警输出接口
5.温度过程控制图可在高分辨率彩色触摸屏上显示,包括油温,设定目标值,反应堆物料控制温度值,便于查询全过程控制。使用USB数据存储接口,只要直接插入USB闪存盘,整个温度控制过程中,数据就可以记录下来。
6,导热油循环管道全封闭设计,无油雾,不吸水,确保实验安全和导电液寿命;
7.具有自我诊断功能;过载继电器和热保护装置等多种安全功能
